Estate documents on builders
In this section are the lists of builders, with maps of their properties for each holding.
The first estate map (1834) actually lists the early builders with their plan code:
The estate lease articles show the full list of builders from A (Richard Holbrook) to Xxx (Mansbridge & Mansbridge 1864).
The following tables set out chronologically the builders and locations on the estate maps.

There are also ‘miscellaneous’ leases,
- some that were small individual leases (1816 to 1873), Misc1-95
- a larger group of about 360 houses within the Kirkman and Hendy franchise (1790 to 1865) are listed in M1-168Maps .
